Zgemma Star H1 signal

Hi

Just trying out a zgemma star h1, connected the lnb cable to the lnb socket but still not getting any connections. Have checked the cable in my Vu and all okay.

The tuner config is set to Simple, single, astra, no. But still does not find any thing.

What am I doing wrong or is there an issue with the box?

Thanks, might be the box. Have also read that they do not work well with the old one, not sure how true that is.

Okay, thanks. May be will try at mates just in case issue is with my lnb.

The issue with the box not getting signal was due to the power supply. It was not the correct one and not giving enough power to the tuner. Using the correct power supply has locked onto the sat.
