Some info please

Once again, i have done alot of reading and serching before i ask questions. Yet i have not found much info and therefore need pro help :-)

I have a friend who has a cloud ibox 2 plus. Dont know if its a clone (from what ive read it exists) . He had it working as an FTA Box in Portugal. He now has moved to Denmark (Im in Belgium) . Some sharks want to charge him fortunes to get the box running. From what i have read it is possible to have this box working as an IPTV box. What must be done to feed the server info into the box? Can it be done locally by introducing the server info locally by remote control and if yes how can he do it? Any info would be much appreciated guys. As i said, i have read a ton of info, and have not found this information.

should not install any plugins iptv he can brick his box ,and more we not support any payserver

I honestly dont know as i have not seen or touched the box....(due to being quiet a few thousand kms apart) All i do know is what i have been told.....
