oscam with powervu support

I need help with oscam setup with powervu support am setting it up on google cloud with ubuntu 16.1

Hello i have installed Oscam on Google compute engine ........ on ubuntu 16 ............. The idea was to help friends who have issues with their box not able to autoroll....... The oscam is running perfectly on my google instance but cant access webif ........ i can run the oscam on the ubuntu 16 server terminal but cant webif .......... am running a web application which i installed on the same instance with port 8069 which i added to the firewall rule 0.0.0.0/0 tcp:8069....... did same to oscam 0.0.0.0/0 tcp:8888..... odoo web application i can access straight from the office or anywhere with internet but the oscam gives 403 forbiden access denied . and in the server terminal is see this.......14:56:44 576789FE h (webif) unauthorized access from 197.251.xxx.xxx ............. also the funny thing too is that i have added my ip to the httpallowd ip
