Openbox X5 with enhanced falsh of 16mb loads other box firmware...!! but then...

    I am sharing my experiments with openbox X5 in search of better firmware.


    For long time youtube is not working in openbox X5 and no firmware support exist.


    First thing I did was to take out 8mb chip and replace it with 16 mb chip.


    Then load SUNPLUS 1512 chip based firmware, example http://ftemaximal.de/download/…2_M10_N0_UII6__V1_1_3.zip


    the firmware loads :09: but front LCD not working and remote is not compatible and remote keys are randomly work here and there with X5 original remote.


    Is there any way we could fix this remote incompatibility problem by changing the remote table.


    PS: sat tuner not working, only internet features are enabled.
