Cloud ibox2 plus help with playback of recordings

Hi,
I have a cloud ibox2 plus with OpenPli 4, I have managed to setup it the way I want it looks like sky etc. And installed the support panel all good. I am able to record but when using the media playback to watch something I have recorded the screen is blank please help.

Have you tried lowering the screen resolution / video mode to see if that makes a difference ?
