Hey there. Need help some. The remote is not very responsive and I have to to stand right in front of the box to change channels. Plus the channel number buttons are too small for my elderly parents. Put new Duracell batteries in but same thing. I brought essisence 7120 universal remote but the code given does it work with the box. Does anyone have a code that will work please?
