No need for oscam-emu.. Biss keys work in regular oscam or oscam ymod and a constant.cw file with valid keys.
Use this (rename softcam.key to constant.cw)-> SoftCam by Serjoga
Add this reader to oscam.server. Change /usr/keys/ to where you have the constant.cw file..
[reader]
label = Myconstantcw
protocol = constcw
device = [COLOR='#FF0000']/usr/keys/[/COLOR]constant.cw
group = 1

master g i want to add the biss reader to my solo4k ive been looking at this post, is this right how i have it,
[reader]
label = Myconstantcw ( do i leave that )
protocol = constcw
device = /usr/keys/constant.cw and /ect/tuxbox/configs/constant.cw
group = 1
or would it be better to leave it /usr/keys, thats where my key file is for ncam.
You can edit the label to anything you want or leave it blank, it doesn`t affect how ncam works, it only identifies who, what that reader is.
Leave the device as it is /usr/keys.
thanks master g i have now got
[reader]
label = biss
protocol = constcw
device = /usr/keys/constant.cw
group = 1
i have also renamed serjoga key file to this constant.cw, i can clear some stuff on 3.0e is that the right format. i was not sure renaming the key file.
Renaming SOftCam.Key to constant.cw was the correct thing to do :welldone:
thank you master g just wasn't sure about renaming softcam, all good now.

master g the constant.cw in /user/keys what is the chomd for it 644 or 755.
644 for all softcam config files. It will still work if 755.
am useing 11041 verson oscam on solo4k
Hello, super-heroes of oscam,
I cannot make it work for biss. I have installed the IPK package, started it and it initializes OK. I have used the web-interface to configure it further and edit the configuration files.
It refuses to work.

What could be wrong? Or maybe there is some detailed howto manual on how biss should be configured in order to work, please?
Thank you
Try with NCam instead.
Don`t create a reader as ncam will do this itself.
Rename constant.cw to SoftCam.Key
Use the same oscam configs. Just rename oscam.conf to ncam.conf, oscam.server to ncam.server and so on.
Configs are included in the linked ipk - > NCam CardReader Arm Vu+ solo 4k for various images
Add SoftCam.Key to the same location as the rest of your configs.
Just curious, which image are you using ?
