loss of channels

Can someone point me in the right direction as I have lost all sly channels after a cline update if I am posting this in the wrong place please accept my apologies

Which emulator are you using (cccam, mgcamd, oscam) ? Which receiver and image ? How did you try to update the c line ? Post as much info as possible so we can find a solution..

Here goes using a dreambox 800hd clone cccam blalckhole image,brief explanation of what happened it was time for clines to be re newed put new lines in and lost all but normal channels the cline provider then took control of box and put them in himself still no channels put old lines back in still no channels so he said he did not know what to do next and refunded if this information is against the rules sorry
