i had the same issue, card entitlements all fine and into 1/2017 but no movies or sports, i was gonna change the cccam for oscam which would work but thinking of cancelling and going with a new contract, and red sky card which i believe does work in oscam with bk,

Make sure white card is paired to a standard definition receiver as it won't work if you pair it to a hd one (you won't clear premium content, movies/sports)
I am confused, he is using a red card 0960 I thought a red card can only be used in a HD Receiver.
