    You enabled proxy in the icefilms configuration but you did not set address to proxy server in the E2iPlayer configuration.


    If you do not have proxy server then you should NOT enable it. I think this is the obvious.


    You provided logs where proxy server was enabled and as proxy was used "http://user:pass@ip:port".

    You did not provide logs where proxy server was disabled. So,?


    After proxy server option change you need to exit from the host and enter again to change take effect.

    Double dutch

    Sam i really think you have taken my double dutch comment the wrong way.. i did not mean to be rude at all..in other words what i am saying is i dont understand... double dutch does not always mean one person is saying this to another in a bad way...so this can be one person bowing down and saying i,m confused... so to end this...sorry for the confusion but i did not mean to be rude to you at all...

    I Have a problem with swatchseries, was working last night but today I can not play anything from there, I get a message that says "IFD protocol source", Nothing has been updated on my STB since I used it last night and as far as I can see using my pc the website swatchseries is working ok.

    Yes I am using exteplayer3, You helped me a while ago with install PyCurl and ffmpeg libraries so everything is set up they way you suggested to me, The problem only started today, it was ok last night and as I say I have not changed anything on my STB.

    This message "IFD protocol source" can be only displayied by gstplayer not by exteplayer3.

    So, it looks that you selected gstplayer. So, you need to select exteplayer3 as active movie player.


    Go to host for which you want to set active movie player, then press blue button (More) and then "Set/change active movie player".


    Movie player could be changed by mistake using shortcuts (1 - select first movie player from list and start playback, 2 - select second movie player ... and so on.). Maybe this is what you do by mistake?

    First of all what does this mean "does not work"? What exactly do not work?

    There is problem with login or there is "No elements to displays" or there is "No valid links" or host crash or?


    and first of all please provide debug logs. Without debug logs I am not able to help.

    Many thanks for your reply, You are 100% correct, the player somehow was changed, As I'm not the only person using the STB someone may have changed it by mistake, I thought it odd that it was fine when I went to bed but not this afternoon.

    Go to the E2iPlayer configuration then change option "Enable debug logs" (almost last option on the list) to "yes, to the file /hdd/iptv.dbg"


    then reproduce your problem and then provide debug logs file.

    It is text file, so open it in the notepad and remove your credentials before.
