OpenPli image sometimes loses internet connection. Try checking the device's network.

But App in decoder have no problem, with tablet and smartphone (wifi connection) I can watch channels decoder without any problem... only decoder - Pc with Ethernet cable haven't connection.

Try another version of FTP programmes

LAN on active, not WLAN

set your DNS and gateway to lan router/modem

No results with other version of FTP, I can't connect decoder with Browser (Mozilla, Edge) too.

I don't know how to make it... The router is property of my telephone Provider.

you do not need to do that on your router but in your PC. Look the address from your box and the GW and also if yo have internet on your PC maybe go in cmd line box and do ipconfig and post here then I can give advice

Yes, I know! I can write a book with all the procedure I made... Until 2 months ago all ok then sometimes connection, sometime no (in the same day), so I, with technical telephone support I have changed Dns on Cable connection in my Decoder... Until 2 days ago all ok then the same problem: No connection decoder - Pc (I have tried with XP Pc and Windows 10 Pc), no problem with other device...
