which error messages? Could it be that you are now using the zadmario version of the script instead of the oe-mirrors version?

I write in my post n.4293 H7-- but it's Zgemma H17-Combo-- (i have twice)---

the online update is: openatv-7.6-beta-zgemmah17combo-20250824_multi.zip

This update have inside the update to 23.08.2025 of E2iplayer--

Yesterday night version of plugin is 20_08_2025 and all it's ok.

This morning after update. version is 23_08_2025 and not work--when i try to open You tube- or Guarda serie for example, a white X in the up left.

Now i try to reinstall by telnet:

wget -q "https://raw.githubusercontent.com/oe-mirrors/e2iplayer/refs/heads/python3/e2iplayer_install.sh" -O - | /bin/sh

But again the same error

Can you make some screenshots how the error looks?

I open the plugin-- I go for example. in the italian folder-- i try to open ALTA DEFINIZIONE-for example- and a WHITE X in Up and in the left--the only botton that work it's RED--- and the plugin it's closelinuxsat-support.com/cms/attachment/319339/linuxsat-support.com/cms/attachment/319339/

i can see no error on your screenshot

The error it's the white " X" in the left--in the up-- in photo called white error-- near the written "Player"---

this X--- it's the block of plugin--i cannot maked any---only use the red button

Please provide the complete step by step how to reproduce the error.
And get the enigma debug log from the box after you seen the X and provide the log here.

I deletd the folder of plugin.I put a old folder of plugin copied in other partition of my decoder---this old folder of plugin's 20_08_2025.

And the plugin work correctly with the 20_08_2025 version. Bohh---- the problem can be in the update of 24_08_2025 of 7.6 OpenATV image---or in the update of 23_08_2025 of plugin----In the file that i put here, you can see the plugin that work of version of 20_08_2025Version_20_08_2025_NO ERROR.rar

are you using neutrino keymap?

Step by step:

1) I update with Telnet:

wget -q "https://raw.githubusercontent.com/oe-mirrors/e2iplayer/refs/heads/python3/e2iplayer_install.sh" -O - | /bin/sh

2) I reboot my Zgemma H17 with 7.6 Openatv of 24_08_2025 on board

3) i open E2iplayer plugin (ok work)----i go for example in ALTA DEFINIZIONE (ok work)---try to riproduce a film-- (NOT Work--a White X appears in the UP and in the left)-- and the only key/ botton that work it's the RED Key--- and the plugin is closed---Error_E2iplayer_24_08_2025.rar

I put here again the photo and a file called meassage taken in the image.

I repeet---yesterday all it's ok-- Zgemma H17--Openatv 7.6-- build 20_08_2025

This morning in the Openatv feeds there was an UPDATE build 24_08_2025---in the update there was update at 23_08_2025 E2iplayer---

After this update---the error above.

I tryed to put old folder of plugin--red above my posted-- folder of 20_08_2025--- and all work fine-

When i try to update by telnet comand--the error returns

---NO NEUTRINO KEY MAPS--

the error mentioned by some is the same as mine :not ext3 but ext3player does not work anymore. With script al fine again or a full reflash with settings and app restore works. After flash E2iplayer installed itself so do not now wich version

you don't understand.

We need the step by step how to reproduce the error.

1. open the plugin
2. Press Ok on ..
3. Press OK on ..
4. .....

If you get the X then get the enigma debug log from the box and post the log here.

Without the log .. no way to find the issue.

You may should also post the iptv.dbg log.

1. open the plugin

2. Press Ok on Alta Definizione

3. Press OK on Filn al Cinema

4. the X in up and on the left appears

5 Omly the red botton work--and extit from plugin

Now you also need to enable debug log in enigma and post the latest debug log from /home/root/logs .

BUT you need to get this log directly after you have seen the X on the screen.
