I loaded OpenAtv 7.6 on my h7s and with e2iplayer it gives the same problems as Nonsolosat v.35, it does not see the video files on the hdd with Media while with the external mediaplayer plugin no problem, it only happens to me.

Host kinox.to is broken .

My Dreambox One can't connect to playlist, it says ...connecting ..couldn't find media type!

Any help for resolution?

Try:

opkg install python3-websocket-client

I still have Oatv 7.6 Beta installed. Some modules have been added to XXX host, including websocket (import websocket). The new image v. 7.6.0 probably has that python module, so there is no problem with the installation. I will copy xxx host from previous versions or try to delete 'import websocket' from XXX .py file.

The problem is solved with installation opkg install python3-websocket-client. Many thanks balkanac

Everything works fine on openatv 7.6 not the beta version ! one issue is Kinox is not working anymore so could this be updated ?

Guardaserie host has changed the domain (guardaserietv.club). When the host does not work again, make the change in the py file. The domain usually changes twice a month. Do the same in the aliases.txt file although it is not necessary.

If it seems difficult to update E2iPlayer each time using Telnet commands and a PC, you can easily do it directly from the image itself by running the script

Oe-mirrors-e2iplayer.sh.

Copy the script below to the path /usr/script/ and give it 755 permissions (not mandatory, but 755 is recommended for all scripts).

Go to Menu > Setup > System > Script Manager and run Oe-mirrors-e2iplayer.sh. The update is completed in seconds. Restart enigma.

P.S.

You can also run it with other applications — File Manager, AJPanel, etc. In this case, 755 permissions are required.

I have seen this host online from github and wondering if it could be added ? Ive tried just adding it and it doesnt show up but it shows in the enable disable services as on !
