the xstream host already on has only ability for live streams where as this other has the capability to see the vod and tv sections if your playlist has it ! I have a pyc file xstreamplayer on another iptvplayer host folder and has the ability to read the vod and tv sections of my playlist ! I cant upload the pyc file tho as it says extension invalid !

The other xtream host was part of Mohamed's e2iplayer. You could play vod with it. He also had a stalker host.

I have seen this host online from github and wondering if it could be added ? Ive tried just adding it and it doesnt show up but it shows in the enable disable services as on !
So, if I understand you correctly, the host does not work in the oe-mirrors version?
If that is the case, perhaps odem2014 can help and use this host to update or repair it in order to bring the missing functions into the e2iplayer.
I myself do not have an IPTV provider, so unfortunately I cannot test the host.

Yes, I know that OpenBH 5.0 is an old version but my box (VU+Zero) doesn't work with newest versions. Do you suggest any solutions?

Yes i know , exist newer version for my box , but when i try to install the new image in my box , doesnt work well, heave to many errors....

you can try if the zadmario version is working on your old image but then you have to copy the new and fixed hosts by yourself
