Esp. the german and polish hoster content is often up to date and has mostly also an english version.

The main point here is that the host list loaded on E2Iplayer does not reflect the complete list of movies from those hosts as shown in the browser. In other words, it’s possible that incorrect or outdated domains have been uploaded to E2Iplayer, or the issue lies deeper.

What image and box are you using?

Can you post the error message in full and in English?

the decoder is an old one with Openspa 7.2 in flash as a main firmware

I think it is better if you tell me where I can find a right image for py2

I installed this e2iplayer

I had this message when I had Blindspot py2. I fixed the missing modules by installing

opkg install python-curl

opkg install python-sqlite3

I managed to solve it. Porntrex works if I change external gstplayer as movie player in settings. I don't know why there is an error when use external eplayer3.

I've updated this extension to the latest version. Unfortunately, the domains are outdated and haven't been updated, like hdfilme.my. It should be hdfilme.press. I believe this way you can find the movies that are available in the browser on the hdfilme.press website. Currently, the selection of movies on the E2Iplayer plugin is very limited.

So you couldn't get the host to run?

What kind of box do you have? Maybe you can install a current PY3 image, then everything should run without any problems.

Fortunately it’s not my decoder but a friend’s.

It’s a Sunray 4HD SE. Some time ago I flashed a BH firmware on it and installed an OpenSPA image in multiboot, mainly to save memory since the receiver doesn’t have much available to begin with.

It only uses PY2 images and I don’t know why E2iPlayer isn’t working now.

If I had known it would turn out like this, I wouldn’t have touched it in the first place.

Hi. I ran the command in PuTTY using your wget, but the version did not update. I then unzipped the file e2iplayer-2026-03-11-01.zip and uploaded the iptv file to the host.

I ran the plugin and everything started without errors, and now I have version 11.03.2026. However, I don’t see the 18+ icon — do I need to add it manually?
