  • Hi I would like to use use oscam as my server only, if possible. but I'm struggling.

    I'm using Master G config files.
    I have a dreambox DM800
    Image is OpenATV 5.3
    Softcam is oscam-atv-ymod_18.56
    I have White 0963 card

    My configs are:-

    oscam.config

    [global]
    nice = -1
    logfile = /var/log/oscam.log
    clienttimeout = 5000
    fallbacktimeout = 2500
    clientmaxidle = 120
    cachedelay = 120
    bindwait = 120
    resolvedelay = 30
    serialreadertimeout = 1500
    maxlogsize = 10
    waitforcards = 1
    preferlocalcards = 1
    saveinithistory = 1
    keepalive = 1

    [webif]
    httpport = 10000
    httpuser = root
    httppwd = xxxxxxx
    httprefresh = 15
    httpallowed = 192.168.0.0 - 255.255.255.255
    debug = 255

    [newcamd]
    key = 0102030405060708091011121314
    port = xxxxx@0963:000000

    [dvbapi]
    enabled = 1
    au = 1
    user = local
    boxtype = dreambox
    request_mode = 0
    reopenonzap = 1
    decodeforever = 1

    oscam.server

    [reader]
    label = SKYUK
    protocol = internal
    device = /dev/sci0
    cardmhz = 2700
    mhz = 450
    blockemm-g = 1
    blockemm-unknown = 1
    saveemm-u = 1
    saveemm-s = 1
    emmcache = 1,3,2
    group = 1
    caid = 0963

    oscam.user

    [account]
    user = root
    pwd = xxxxxxx
    group = 1
    au = SKYUK
    caid = 0963

    [account]
    description = dvbapi
    user = local
    group = 1

    With these configs in my dreambox, all channels are clearing fine.
    i couldn't get the Nline to work with cccam so i'm not gonna bother with cccam if possible.

    So my question is,
    Can i solely use oscam to watch Tv as well as add 3 Flines to share my card

    If so can you recommend the config files or explain what i can do to these configs in order to get to my goal

    Thank You in advance

  • Thank You Technodvl2

    Can i just go through a couple of things with you?
    from reading the posts in the link, you provided, would i be correct to assume that by adding

    [account]
    description = peer
    user = linuxsat
    pwd = support
    group = 1
    keepalive = 1

    [account]
    description = peer1
    user = linuxsat1
    pwd = support1
    group = 1
    keepalive = 1

    [account]
    description = peer2
    user = linuxsat2
    pwd = support2
    group = 1
    keepalive = 1

    to oscam.user and filling in the details required then that would take care of the 3 shares?

    And then by adding to this info to oscam.conf

    [cccam]
    port = 12000
    version = 2.1.3
    build = 3165
    reshare = 1

    and changing the port number to the one i've had open...Then that's it...!!!!

    Thats all that is needed?

  • yes
    C: your box ip port linuxsat support

    or from your original config
    use N line

    [newcamd]
    key = 0102030405060708091011121314
    port = 34000@0963:000000;34001@0963:000000;34002@0963:000000
    keepalive = 1

    N: your box ip 34000 linuxsat support 01 02 03 04 05 06 07 08 09 10 11 12 13 14 256
    N: your box ip 34001 linuxsat1 support1 01 02 03 04 05 06 07 08 09 10 11 12 13 14 256
    N: your box ip 34002 linuxsat2 support2 01 02 03 04 05 06 07 08 09 10 11 12 13 14 256

    I have made the necessary to my configs.

    My channels are still clearing but my clients still cant connect.

    They are using clines from me, which worked fine when i used cccam as the server.

    When i log in to the oscam webif i see connection closed to client.

    Would you be able to explain why that would be the case?
