I tried and then 1 time load rs232 but then went back down and did not get out of 8, already tried several types of firmware, I also tried to get in bin but I can not get any, and now?

Good afternoon I ask one more help I have the windows 8 64bits I bought the cable CONVERTER RS232 / USB to give life openbox X3
I already put several firmwer and nothing the display is with the number 8
Can someone help?
