  • Hi guys.

I've been using my Infinity USB Phoenix with cccam and my white card without issue util the current problems.

So I've done a fresh install of debian and cccam-oscam Ubuntu x32-x64.

    http://linuxsat-support.com/sh…Oscam-CCcam-2-1-3-Install

OSCam detects the card reader and the CCCam clients connect.

The only issue, and it's a big one, nothing clears.

The card reader is a serial device.

I've read this post but the fix isn't in my webif.

    http://linuxsat-support.com/sh…x-reader-on-debian-server

    1. Open oscam web info and click on readers then edit reader.
    2. At the bottom of the page you will see Device Out Endpoint:
change this to "0x81: Infinity USB Smart" save & restart.
I noticed while helping another with the same hardware that the card would not read without this setting.

Below are my OSCam cofigs and a screen grab of OSCam webif

  • Try changing in red:

    To this:

    Quote

    Protocol = Mouse
Device = /dev/ttyS0 # or whatever your com port is

  • Hi.

    Thanks for the quick reply.

I had tried that before, unfortunately it gives an ERROR under the card reader heading.

On some reading, the protocal set to mouse relates to USB card readers (I could be wrong, I usually am) mine is a serial on com1 with USB for power.

I'm curious if the nftytool driver pack is the cause.

Also do you know how I can edit the Device Out Endpoint to
change this to "0x81: Infinity USB Smart"

    Thanks again,
    hombre
