Hi, I have installed a few Triax RFModulators but one has stumped me.. everything is set up correctly and the green light on the magic eye.. but I can't get the to to pick up channel 36 on the tv analogue signal? Any ideas what it might be? Thanks

change frequency on modulator to another and scan tv if you have few modulator for differents tv each modulator need to be on different frequency ,see table frequency on the manual triax , is i sly box you can change from 36 to another frequency
Thank you, I always would choose 36 with it coming as default, there's only one modulator in the house, it's for a solo2 for my parents, how do I know which channel to choose? It's it pot luck?

hi you should have option ,do full scan tv he will take the frequency
I understand, I can change it on the modulator with the wee dials, but how do I know which one to choose? 36 always worked, so I choose 35 or 37 maybe?

just put any one and do can tv if not find it try another one on table read with is compatible uhf but any one is ok
witch exit you use from vu solo 2 ? to modulador

ok good not prob one question is the tv in another room ? as they can not change the channel from the room you know thats .

Make sure when your scanning on your tv, you scan the analog band, most tv's these days default to scanning for digital signals.
Would you believe it! It was the wrong cable I had in the modulator! There were loads of cables, anyway two TVs picked up the signal one won't? What would that be?
