localtime rewritten to CET after booting.

The problem... even if I set my timezone to mountain (MST7MDT) through the setup->system->timezone tool, my DM800 changes the setting back to CET when the DM800 reboots.

I removed and replaced the localtime link in /etc with a link that pointed to my timezone, but the link appears to be rewritten on DM800 startup.

Where is this being done and how do I fix this? Is there a startup script somewhere that I could modify?

I followed the date time setting helps which I was hoping would solve the problem, but they didn't help in my case. After following the instructions to the letter on the next reboot the local time link is pointing to CET no matter what I do.

Are there system startup scripts that might be the culprit somewhere?
