I don't think cccam can run on a pi as it's arm cpu.
This may not be the right thread for you.

Are you trying to setup CCCam or set up CCcam 2.13 within OScam ?
As already stated you can not run CCCam on ARM and it would certainly not be an update, more of a step back in time.
