TNTsat card in Oscam help

guys take a look at the screenshot of my Oscam error at bottom of this post, says i have 2 TNTsat readers? but i only have the 1 card
its done this a few times in the last few days?

I have my TNTsat Card using Oscam v-11225 in Dm800se with PLi-4 Image
i have also a FTV Uk S*y card also giving the basic channels.

still the same with Oscam v11293
