Oscam Mgcamd 096C not clearing - Any advise please?

Hi there

I am running oscam 1.20 on linux pc with smargo and have 2 connected clients connected, one being a dm800se with mgcamd 1.35a as updater and the other which is an ultraplus 980hd as just a client with mgcamd also

everything on oscam seems to look as if its working ok and should be clearing but all i have is black screens. I can't help but think am missing something simple which i just cant put my finger on. Anyy help or advise would be so much appreciated as i have been racking my brain and going round the bend on this.
