i filled out the necessary fields xorion and clicked on send converted logos.
it said they were successfully sent.
im confused now as i cant find it anywere.

it varies with image, i take it you rebooted the box and it worked? The files are normally located usr - share.
Look for the .mvi files -

thanks jensen i got it to work.
i deleted the bootlogo that was working.

been at this since about 5.30 today.
i know nothing about this stuff, totally useless i am,thats why it took so long.
but the satisfaction is great when you see the result in front of your eyes.
thanks so much buddy,cheers -
Size is important mate, 1280 x 720 that can be edited in paint. also have a look here:
https://www.linuxsat-support.com/filebase/download/231/
Failing that you will have to convert the image you made to a .mvi file and overwrite the files manually and make sure files have permission of 644.
See here as well:

the xorion worked first time for me,size was set at 1280 and 720.
i did not know were the file was sent to.
also i never rebooted the box or removed my origional boot logo.
