  • I'm hoping someone with more experience than me can help me out.

    I have recently bought a Vu+ Uno 4k running OpenVix and am attempting to use a CLINE provided by a friend. I have had some success, but I am currently experiencing freezing and glitching every 4 or 5 seconds.

    Here are my config files:

    Oscam.conf
    ----------------------------------------------------------
    [global]
    logfile = /dev/tty
    clienttimeout = 4000
    clientmaxidle = 300
    netprio = 1
    nice = -1
    maxlogsize = 1000
    waitforcards = 0
    preferlocalcards = 1
    dropdups = 1

    [dvbapi]
    enabled = 1
    au = 1
    pmt_mode = 0
    request_mode = 1
    user = dvbapi
    read_sdt = 1
    write_sdt_prov = 1
    boxtype = dreambox

    http_status_log = 1

    Oscam.user
    ----------------------------------------------------------
    [account]
    user = dvbapi
    au = 1
    group = 1
    caid = 0963

    Oscam.server

    An extract from my log file in Oscam is:

    The Vu+ Uno is wired on LAN to my router, and my Internet connection is 78Mb Fibre - so I cant see it being latency my side.

    The annoying this is, that I have had this up and running for about 24 hours, but its been like this ever since.

    Any advice would be much appreciated.

    Cheers

    Open oscam.conf and look for webif. Should look like this:
    [webif]
    httpport = 8888

    In a browser type the ip address of the uno4k and httpport, like this:
    http://192.168.1.1:8888
    Now press enter.

    You should see a proxy reader (your server) and which cards it has available..

    Try to view some channels then copy the oscam log to here (remove any sensitive details).

    Click Status tab
    In proxies you will see the reader.
    The status on the server should be connected.
    Hover over connected, a box will popup, click this.
    Here you will see which Providers the server has available.
    You are looking for 0963 or 0960.
    Go back to status and scroll to the bottom of the page.
    View some channels that aren`t working and refresh the page to see what the errors are in the log..
