usb blu-ray player wont mount on amiko a3 combo?

    Hi


    could anyone help me with this issue,,, external usb blu-ray player, light comes on when booting up,lights up when opening disk holder,, but not found in file list in app,, also not showing up in mxplayer or kodi,,also current version is 1.0.31,,but is able to find external usb hardrive.
