Oscam Connecting Issue when using dns address

    Trying to get a mates Zgemma Star H1 to run oscam, I can get it to connect to his server from my house using his ipaddress, however as soon as I put in the no.ip name under reader > device: the channels stops.


    I have used the same oscam files from my vu duo which is working fine, any suggestions as to what I am missing?

    Are you pasting in his dns with a text editor?
    If so, use notepad++ then copying it from that program into his configs.
    Could also be a problem with his dns not up to date (probably not though if your using a line from him with his dns instead of ip)

    It also did not work when I put in my config so may be to do with the way I installed Oscam?
