need help picking up ITV box office on dm500s

hi.
have an old dm500s.
commando image 15.1e installed.
it,s E1.
setting it up for a good buddy of mine.
have it working fine at the moment,but trying to get itv box off.
tried the usual....latest satellite file/autobouquets 28.2e/have the full 28.2E bouquet installed but still cant pick it up.
im sitting here in front of lappy if someone could give me a dig out.
be most grateful.

i was googling (latest sat list for dm500s)
menu/services/service scan/
not to sure were to go from here.

no buddy,it will change to following options.
tv&radio/only tv/only radio/then back to all services.

think i might have to do full scan first.
in that process now,might take several mins.

yea,that thought did cross my mind.
did the full scan.installed latest sat xml fil.
its now doing the new channel line up.
will know more shortly.

we crave UHD and HD,the very one time i want SD and i cant get it,how ironic is that...
