unable to pharse

    getting this error in csp after adding cmum3.2


    AdvXmlUserManager - Unable to parse 'http://127.0.0.1/genxml.php?key=376544s567s':
    The entity name must immediately follow the '&' in the entity reference.


    any1 any ideas on how to fix..much obliged..its a tuff 1
