Cannot get oscam to clear on any image and any version

Hi
Been like this for a couple of weeks now i've tried changing various images many times just to list some BH 0.6 and 3.0.2 atv 5.3 and 6.0 vix 4.2.
i've tried the preinstalled oscam versions and generally manually installing 11350 and 11352.
can't even connect to the webif so oscam is not starting.....i guess.
ncam though works fine basicly same configs.
this is all on my client a Solo4K not the server.

no the ports are a typo by me.
and the server is on CCcam with a different port.
i've edited my original post to reflect more as the ports and configs are.

update
i've now just put on the bosses ATV 6.0....very nice image i must say.
but sadly oscam still doesn't work and it's version 11353, on the other hand ncam 1.1 works fine and clears immediately.
you'll probably say if i've got ncam working why bother with oscam, i just think that in some certain cases it might just work bettter.
so there we have it and i'm still stumped.

all working fine now.
it appears that was the problem no user file so no entry for dvbapi.
just as an afterthought before the problem arose i never used a oscam.user file on my client box.
but there you go there's one there now, and as i say working fine and clearing very quickly.

yes mate i did say, it's on my client box so no there is no local on it.
and yes all the configs and attributes are correct, and file paths.
hold on just checked the start/stop script mine is slightly different>>>>>>>my start line is thus.

now i'm confused mate, if like me you believe or believed that the user file was not need why did you supply me with the dvbapi config that goes in user lol.
but bottom line is still that once i had created an oscam.user folder and put the dvbapi lines in it, everything cleared, or at least everything i can get.
again! as i say prior to this i have never on my client box have i had to use an oscam.user file, just oscam.conf and oscam.server.

so the plot thickens, worry not good people there's no one more confused than me.

No mate i didn't forget the config lines you sent me, and i really do appriciate your help i couldn't have done it without you help.
it was just the fact that for whatever reason oscam wont work on my reciever unless there's an oscam.user file with a dvbapi entry and that seemed to me to be the defining chapter, and it's never been the case before, i've only ever needed the oscam.conf and oscam.server as i'm sure is the norm.

i'm sorry if i wasn't clear that you sent me a .conf file as well that was also needed.

please accept my appology, you have my greatest repect, and thank you.

ps. oh and the comment as regards the user file was meant as a bit of a joke hence the lol, sorry if it offended.
