tsmedia phoenix with the international crusader 88 stream

Hi all I've been trying to solve this issue for a few weeks now, even broke up with the mrs trying to get it working!!!!!!!! lol I have the alien 8900 vix4e2progect .the channel I want is phoenix with the international crusader 88 stream, it's Caribbean channels. Every f****** time I I click on it it just shows blank screen and says playing stream but doesn't , nothing works on to media at all. I've re flashed already and update the St media as well through the box, but still no joy. I have itv player working flawlessly . I'm begging someone to help me out please please please
