Irish Sky UK ROI card 0963 dark

Hi guys,

I am having a white card for years now for the Irsh channels. Never had any issues with the card.

The card has always 12 Entitlements. For 14 days ago I have added the Boxing fight to this card ITV Box office.
The card got 17 Entitlrmrnts. Yesterday the card came back to 12 Entitlements and a black screen

I am using ECM whitelist

All three errors suggest the channel you are attempting to subscribe to is not available. Maybe put in official box and try the changel in that to see if it clears..

Did you put the card back into the hd sky box ? Never put a white 0963 card in the HD box.. If you did your card is now paired to that receiver and won`t work outside of it..

ITV Box office is a HD channel. You have sent an EMM for HD channels to a card that only opens SD channels. That could be another reason why its not working anymore..

You have 2 options to fix this..
Ring sky and tell them then white card is damaged. They will send the red 0960 replacement, which works straight out of the hd sky box.
Or pair the white card to an sd model, which will resend the required EMM`s..
