Good afternoon, I was offered this Technomate Twin 4K SAT, but when I plug it in, only the blue LED lights up. Is it possible to repair the box? Thank you.

Is it possible that your TV is not 4K UHD set?

In this case you see no picture of the box because it is set on 4k video mode.

First you need to connect the box in a 4K TV set and there you can switch it to a 1080p video mode

and then you can move it back to your non 4K TV set.
