Problem with Parental Control in Open ATV 5.3

I lock all the adult channels in my Open ATV 5.3 but after I turn it off and open them again they are not locked. What seem to be the problem. And sometimes a normal channel opens up but only the audio works but there is a grey screen instead of the video. What seems to be the problem?:?:
