Line does not work at mine but does at GF?

    Hello all,



    Okay the past couple of weeks I have been struggling
    to get my box to work I have reflashed many different images, different
    softcams still it was not working. All the files in the KEYS folder was
    correct at this point I was pulling my hair out but now I am even more
    confused.



    After all my tests I took the box over my girlfriend
    connected the box to her internet and the BAM the line clears and it's
    working perfectly but it does not work at mine!



    We both have
    vermin as the provider she got the Superhub 2 and I got the superhub 3 I
    have reset the router, enabled DHCP, created a statitc IP and I do not
    know what else to do.



    I want to point out that makes it even
    more weird is that the box connects to the internet fine, it picks up
    the ip address, dns, gateway etc but just does not clear the line.



    The box I have is DM800SE (sim2), openpli 4, connected using ethernet & wireless



    Does anyone have any advice for me?

    I understand that I meant to say I have already done those checks. I tried with DHCP on and then I tried a static IP with DHCP off. Thanks

    i have already checked with the person. Ha looks like

    if the box works else were I'd say its not the box.

    You could go into your router and set it to restore defaults and see if that works.

    Also

    See if u can get a test line from a friend and see if that works.,if it does

    Ask who u share with for a new line

    if vermin is a cable company there might be a fault in the area, this happen to my friend on vm, it was working fine for like a year then one day stopped working. it was off for like 3 weeks, the line was from me so i new all was fine, but every time i restarted my server his box came on, but only for a while, sometimes it worked for 3 mins and other times 20mins, if u can restart server see if that helps, but fone cable and ask is there a fault or are the doing upgrades, you can tell them your ip camera on wat ever the port is, and it isnt working and u want to no why, tell them you use a dyndns to view camers and they wont work, they will fix problem or tell u what is wrong, i hope this helps..
