its the same as the alien2 triple, still a good box but getting long in the tooth now, pkt have now stopped doing images for the sh4 box, very sad

It is simple you dont need to pay anyone, it literally takes about 15 minutes to set one up

okay I have installed NCAM 1.1 from Linuxsat Panel now what's the next part ?

initialise your usb stick
format your usb stick to ext4
go to settings>EPG>SETTINGS>EPG location - change to /media/hdd
Enable Virgin EPG - yes and press green to save
Go to plugins and press green to download plugins
Extensions -install cacheflush and EPG import
System plugins - install autobouqetsmaker
Restart GUI
Go to setup>service searching
Open autobouquetsmaker and go through the initial setup
Configure> change setup mode to export and press green to save
Providers - select Virgin UK>choose your area

Press blue to access your softcam and enable NCAM
FTP in Filezilla to your box to usr>keys
Select ncam.server and right click 'view/edit'
add this to the file:

user = username
password = password
inactivitytimeout = 60
group = 1
emmcache = 1,3,31
blockemm-unknown = 1
blockemm-u = 1

NOTE the comma between server and port has no spaces
So add your details then save and shut the file and reupload it to your box
Restart softcam (by pressing blue button) and you should be up and running

In autobouguetsmaker select 'start scan'
Then exit out and press down on your remote then blue to access your bouquets
If there are any bouquets you want to delete press menu then 8 to delete them

Optional extras:
Download Hbb plugin and this will give you a web browser (which will work with a bluetooth keyboard)
Install Satvenus panel from 'panels' in Linuxsat Panel and install Albatros from e2 plugins>Multimedia

EPG import press blue for 'sources' and tick on Virgin Uk xml then press yellow to import the current EPG

Not sure tbh just follow the advice i have given you, i find openatv to be the most 'user friendly'
Just keep it simple hence why i recommended NCAM
