    I think I used the oscam emu from plugin downloads

    Many thanks, I only receive the box today so just wanted to be one step ahead, I already have a DUO2 & Solo 4k but the UNO 4k seems pretty scarce with information tbh.

    Use the attached ipk.

    Are you trying to configure a virgin card or just access to a server ?

    Thanks for the IPK Master G, much appreciated! I'm going to be connecting to my uncles server and I'd imagine the protocol will be MGCAMD, does this look right, it's what I've gleaned from here.

  • Use the attached ipk.

    Are you trying to configure a virgin card or just access to a server ?

    Sorry to bother you Master G, Connecting to my mates sly uk server and getting lots of glitching with the files I'm using on a vu+ uno 4k se, I'm using the ARMV7 version, any ideas mate? thanks

  • Sorry to bother you Master G

    No bother at all, suprised your asking me and not your m8 ?(

    Would help if i seen how you have oscam.server configured. An oscam log will also help.

    oscam.server:

    [reader]

    label = active

    description = 28E

    OSCAM LOG:

    oscam.log

    Thanks mate I appreciate it.

    • Official Post

    found (1022 ms) from the log is why its freezing, around 200 ms is a stable response from the server for that card..

    Remove the following values from the reader to see if that makes any difference.

    inactivitytimeout = 10

    fallback = 1

    cacheex_block_fakecws = 1

    caid = 0963

    ccchop = 1

    audisabled = 1

    emmcache = 1,3,31

    blockemm-unknown = 1

    blockemm-u = 1

    blockemm-s = 1

    blockemm-g = 1

  • sometimes it gives this error too....

    rejected group (1ms) - Bt sport 1 (No matching reader

    I could then switch from bt sport 1 to another couple of channels and it'd eventually connect then id go back to bt sport 1 and it would come on? its quite strange really. ive changed it to your settings, it could be the version I'm using. I'm using OSCam version 1.20-unstable_svn build r11394.

    Thanks for the help mate appreciate it

    Edit: I'm about to try another server to see if its just my mates one that's playing up, I tried it in my other box upstairs running cccam and still high ecm times which indicates an issue at his side rather than oscam. removing the things you told me to remove definitely makes zapping a whole load faster though so I appreciate that, will update you soon. happy new year also :)

  • Okay, so the verdict is this: I thought it was maybe just my mates server but seems to be happening to them all which would indicate that they're sending the ecm's out too quickly for the server, it's spot on on some channels then others it just keeps glitching with high ecm's and sometimes the ecm's aren't even high enough for it to glitch and its still happening... I honestly think minus the bt channels its totally dead now. this is only a recent thing it seems. thanks for the help anyway Master G, I really appreciate it.

  • Are you using wirless network, homeplugs or any hardware that could be causing the glitching on your own network ?

    If you can rule that out, then its usually a problem at the server end.

    Not at all and I’ve got the box hardwired also, it’s very strange. I thought maybe just my mate having issues but I’ve tried a few servers now and it seems to be the same channels glitching constantly.

    Cheers
