is iptv player better than loading an m3u file directly in to a bouquet list ?

I use the m2b bouquet plugin , which does the job

you'll have to test it and see what best suits u. m2b is fine & easy to use and will generate a bouquet. EChannaliser would do the same and you can setup epg, but fiddly though
