Green screen on 4k solo

Hi,

I am having a green screen whenever i watch a cable channel on Blackhole 3.0.3 4k solo. I have reinstalled the image but still same issue.

Attached is the green screen.

Can it be fixed?

Maybe something to do with audio stream or subtitles.

Press blue button X2

auto language and subtitles page

Set audio language selection 1 to english

change the option Prefer audio stream stored by service to no

set all subtitle options to None

Thanks Master G, i have tried the procedure but still having the same crash.. i have changed the skin, still the same..
