I can not get new plugin list 'no new plugins'

Good image but with major issues for me.
1. No Tspanel and can't seem to find a way to install it manually. All efforts failed.
2. No CCcam.config file and can't manually install too.
Is there a way out of these?

Many different ways you can install an ipk (which is what tspanel, cccam, skins and other plugins come packed in):
To Install:
Telnet method - FTP .ipk to tmp/ folder > Paste this command into Telnet and press enter
opkg install -force-overwrite /tmp/*.ipk
FTP method - FTP .ipk to /tmp folder > Install from image menu, on the remote control press Menu > Plugins > Software Management > Install Local Extension > /tmp > Follow on screen instructions.
USB method - Copy .ipk to a USB stick > Insert into receiver > Follow On Screen Instructions

The attached cccam has a CCcam.cfg included.

Two things need to be done:
1. Enable work with the MMBoot plugin2. Allow installation of the ServiceApp plugin
Unfortunately, at this point this image does not work with the above two plugins.When this is done, this image will really be perfect.

Getting a green screen on boot after installing a few plugins via FTP . Frustrating , is it due to lack of flash memory ?

Reflash again the type this in telnet free
That will give you an idea how much flash memory is used / left.
You can try using this -> PluginSkinMover

Had it working, used skinmover, 11mb free and tried to install , it would not show up in the menus and even though it could been seen on the FTP.
Rebooted and would boot , so re flashed , green screen again .
