I have just got a box gzemma h2s with open atv 5.3 on it and i cannot get into the box via putty because there is a password on it how do i get rid of the passwords
is flashing a new image the only way rid the passwords

Copy the attached ipk to a usb stick > insert into the receiver > follow on screen instructions.
After a reboot your password should be reset. If not go to plugins menu and run the plugin.

It will clear the password making it blank/no password.
