You are showing you can get sky atlantic hd on a european satellite (prob 19.2e). Not on 28.2e

install my onyk skin then and bring up the second infobar by pressing ok twice. That will show the sat your on.

If 28.2, then press menu - information - service (post a pic of service details) while the same stream is playing the window at top
