my Evo Xfinity bloqued in start green botton

Hi,

i have an andoird box, Evo Xfinity.

one day i came back to home and found the box bloqued. the first time i see the start botton on green coulor.

i take it out of AC then power it again, same green botton and nothing happening.

i tried to starting botyon and volume - to flash it but nothing; its not responding any more.

with serial db9 cable, i can't communicate with the box (i don't found a software to connect to it too)

does any body here got same problem, someone can gives me help.
