    PROLINK have released a new PixelView PlayTV series tuner into their lineup this week, this dubbed the PlayTV "USB 415".
    
    As the model name implies, this tuner is primarily suited to notebooks as it connects directly to a vacant USB 2.0 port. It accepts analog signals and handles real-time MPEG2/DVD video recording. Furthermore, this tuner is compliant with Vista's Media Center.

    the one point is that the device is too old (from 2008) and i do not know if there is support and from which kernels...(everywhere i found that it is not supported in linux)

    the most important, is that this device supports only analog and dvbt-mpeg2 signals (so except if there is a mistake, or uncomplete information, it does not support mpeg4 or dvbt-2 signals)
