Looking for a dual tunnel receiver

I assume you mean a duel tuner. You need to be more precise, budget, new to Enigma 2, 4K, fixed dish etc. The choice is yours. Octagon sf4008 is very good as is the TM Twin 4k. If you want to spend more look at the Gigablue 4k uae.

Do you want to watch and record two channels simultaneously or output to two tv's?

Not aware of any Enigma 2 receiver that will offer that function.

We can offer a receiver that can output to two tv's, but both will have to watch same service.

Are you meaning lnb/tuner out= loop out? never ever tried it but i assume now the tuner is basically shared and not possible to split?
