There`s nothing you can configure that will fix this. Its an issue with the server you are using.

There server isn`t letting you login, its disconnecting you.

Ask them why you are getting MSG_CLIENT_2_SERVER_LOGIN_ACK (E1) error.

The only other thing you can try is another version of oscam.

Backup your oscam configs from /etc/tuxbox/config. Uninstall oscam, then download oscam from the openvix addons feed. Add your configs again.

That rules out its not a problem with oscam.

You can try a different image. If the same thing happens its definately the servers you are using.

i have contected the provider so hopefully they can help. i really like the image i am using. hopefully i dont have to change it :)

Good news guys. That is it sorted you both where 100% spot on when yous said it was a server issue. The provider sorted it for me. He said it was a school boy error that the user manager wasn't updating so all new users weren't working and expired users will still active.
