PVU config for Edision OS receivers

Edision os mini, mini plus, mega,nino play pvu without stream relay,

all we need is to have oscam-emu and change to oscam .config the settings with red letters only

for SatDreamGR5 the path is \ etc \ tuxbox \ config \ oscam-emu

for ATV the path is \ usr \ keys \ oscam_atv_emu
