need detailed instructions @ latest oscam dm800se openpli4.0

    been searching web for days on detailed instructions. So far can't figure out how to do it. Install oscam on dm800se. C band 135w is what I'm trying for. Can someone point me in right direction. Thanks alot. I'm a green NEWBIE.
