the lapping of an image has to do with different causes. Have you installed too many plug-ins? Is the internal hard disk of your box not full?

Try turning the following image for a week:

hell my frend thanx for your ansering so... I did not instaled pluging and I have no internal hard disk... in the box just 64 MB Flash there is thads all so what I mast do now thanx for your helping...
