vu+ solo 4k bloqued

hello I hope that well, nothing my vu + only 4k is blocked and I can not do anything, I can only turn it off with the back button, I do not know if it's the last image, I use last blackhole image 3.0.4, in case someone can help

yes my vu+ solo 4k stopped.. when its running normally for 1 hour...

yes i reflashing with diferents images and the same

it was my fault... i was trying to put antoher lnb...

today ill send to techinal support because have 2 years guaranted

now im searching to buy another box
